Eligibility for Blood Donation in Malaysia

• Age: 18–60 (first-time donors up to age 65 with approval)

• Weight: At least 45 kg

• Hemoglobin levels: 12.5g/dL (women) / 13.5g/dL (men)

• No active infections, cancer (depends on type & treatment status), or recent surgeries.
